Welcome to the Maison d’Angélique!

Colocation, hotel residence or “Coliving” if you’re familiar with the term. This one is ephemeral… my ambition is to bring the place to life, to liven it up, to encourage people to discover other horizons, to make friends, to help each other. In short, to bring people together.

Whether you’re coming for an assignment, a work site, an internship, in transition between two homes, or to discover the gentle Marais Poitevin, you can drop your suitcases and live comfortably for a few days or several weeks.
Do you like comfort? Each room has a private bathroom, a desk, fibre, TV, Netflix, and reinforced soundproofing.

Variable geometry services

Do you want to live as if you were in a hotel? Then book our “VIP” services (laundry, personal cleaning, shopping, food deliveries, massage, document printing, etc.).
Or would you rather live like at home? Cook, receive your appointments in the lounge, share convivial moments with other guests living in the house…
In a total shared space of 60 m² in addition to your bedroom (15m²) you enjoy a large fully-equipped kitchen, with a dining area and a quality coffee machine.

To make you feel at home straight away, I’ve also included my favourite little addresses: local cuisine restaurants right next door, bakeries, mini supermarket, fresh produce shop and also a cheerful team of local delivery drivers if needed… not forgetting the Espace du Mieux-être upstairs.
